2 tsp oil
1 pc onion, chopped
2 pcs chicken breasts, cooked and cut as desired
4 pcs water chestnut, sliced
buko water from 4 young coconuts
2 tsp fine salt
1/4 tsp white ground pepper
4 fresh young coconuts, meat intact in shell
1 pc onion leek, sliced diagonally
- Heat cooking oil and saute onions in oil until transparent. Add chicken and water chestnuts.
- Add buko water and simmer until chicken is soft. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture into buko shell and steam for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with onion leeks.
