Igado
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pork liver
1/2 cup pig’s heart
1/2 cup pig’s kidney
2 tbsp. green peas (gisantes)
1/2 cup vinegar ( sukang iloko )
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red chili peppers
1 tbsp. minced garlic
Cooking oil
Salt to taste
Paksiw Na Lechon
Left over lechon can be turned into another delicious dish. So try recipe if you have some left over lechon in your fridge.
Sisig
1 kilo ulo ng baboy (pig’s head)
1/4 kilo chicken liver
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp Ajinomoto Ginisa Flavor Mix
1 tsp siling labuyo, minced
1 pc onion, chopped
1 tbsp calamansi juice
salt to taste
dash of MSG
Chicken Curry Filipino Style
1 medium-sized chicken (about 1 kilo)
1 medium-sized onion, sliced
1 head garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. ginger, sliced
2 tbsp. calamansi juice
1/2 cup water
2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cup thick coconut milk
1 bundle string beans cut in 2-inch long pcs.
Hawaiian Salpicao
300g pork lomo. cut into small chunks
2 tbsp. flour
1 /4 cup olive oil
1 head garlic, sliced
1/4 kg tofu, cut into chunks then half fried
1 stalk leek, sliced
1 can (234 g) DEL MONTE Fresh Cut pineapple Chunks, drained (reserve syrup)
