This Hardinera recipe is from Quezon province which is the their version of embutido. You can enhance the sweet and sour taste of this recipe by adding more pineapple chunks and a few teaspoons of pineapple syrup.

1/4 Kilo beef sirloin, sliced tapa style
1 large onions sliced into rings
1-1/2 to 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Calamansi Juice
1 can 234grams Del Monte Fresh Cut Pineapple Tidbits

1 chicken, cut into 8-10 pieces
3 cup ubod ng saging (butuan)
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. onion, sliced
1 tsp. garlic crushed

1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp Knorr seasoning
1 tbsp brown sugar

Pandan leaves(fragrant screwpine) for wrapping

2 stalks celery
1 bunch spring onion
1/2 teaspoon peppercorns
1/2 kilo ground pork
1/3 kilo shrimp, shelled and chopped

200 grams sotanghon, soaked in water
